Deltax Media LLC, doing business as DeltaX, is a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In this document, "DeltaX", "we", "us" and "our" mean Deltax Media LLC. "You" means any person or business that visits our website or uses our services.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

Information you give us

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and website when you fill in a form, book a call or email us.
  • Business information you share with us, such as your offer, pricing, revenue range, goals and marketing results.
  • Billing details such as billing name and address. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
  • Anything you send us in messages, calls, onboarding questionnaires or shared documents.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on page and the site that referred you.
  • Cookies, pixels and similar tools, including advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our ads. See our Cookie Policy.

Information from others

We may receive information from advertising platforms, scheduling tools, payment processors and people who refer you to us.

03How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email, scheduling, CRM, payment processing, analytics and advertising platforms. They may use it only to provide services to us.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers and banks, under duties of confidentiality.

04Client lead data

When we run campaigns for a client, the leads collected belong to that client. We process that lead data on the client's behalf and only to deliver the agreed services. Clients are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact their leads, including any consent needed for calls and text messages.

05Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we or our automated systems may call or text you about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.

06How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Business and tax records are generally kept for at least seven years.

07Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and trusted providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States and work with clients in several countries. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards where required.

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
