Deltax Media LLC, doing business as DeltaX, is a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In this document, "DeltaX", "we", "us" and "our" mean Deltax Media LLC. "You" means any person or business that visits our website or uses our services.
We want you to know exactly what happens with your money before you pay. This policy covers refunds, cancellations and billing disputes for all DeltaX services.
01Setup fees
- The one time setup fee covers strategy, research and building your system. Work starts as soon as payment is received.
- If you cancel in writing within 3 business days of paying and before we have started work, we will refund the setup fee in full.
- Once work has started, the setup fee is non refundable, because time and resources have already been committed to your project.
02Monthly management fees
- Monthly fees are billed in advance and cover the month ahead.
- You can cancel at any time by emailing us at least 30 days before your next billing date. Your service continues until the end of the paid period.
- Monthly fees already paid are non refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused days.
- If your agreement includes a minimum term, the minimum term applies.
03Performance share
Performance share amounts are based on results already produced. They remain payable for revenue earned during the service period, including revenue collected after cancellation from leads generated while we were working together, as set out in your agreement.
04Ad spend
Advertising spend is paid to the ad platform, not to DeltaX, and cannot be refunded by us. If we ever hold ad budget on your behalf by written agreement, any unspent amount will be returned when services end.
05Add ons
Add ons such as AI avatar ads are billed monthly and follow the same cancellation rules as monthly management fees.
06Our cancellation
If we end services for reasons other than your breach of our terms or non payment, we will refund any prepaid fees for work not yet done.
07Billing questions and disputes
If you think you were charged by mistake, email deltaxtools@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review it and reply within 5 business days, and correct any error quickly. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can fix the issue directly.
08How to cancel or request a refund
Email deltaxtools@gmail.com with your name, business name and the service you want to cancel. We will confirm in writing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
